Diane Cabo — Vice President, Investment Banking

Ms. Cabo joined WestPark in May 2007, and has over eight years of experience in the hedge fund, venture capital and investment banking industries.

Prior to joining WestPark, Ms. Cabo ran her own business plan writing and consulting company, focused on businesses interested in venture capital financing.  Before that, she was an associate with the private equity firm, ARC Investment Partners, where she worked on deal teams responsible for due diligence, valuations and analysis of middle market companies in the technology, financial services and retail industries. Earlier in her career, she was a Director of Operations for a Boston-based hedge fund. Ms. Cabo started her career as a financial analyst in the human resources division of EMC Corporation.

Ms. Cabo received a B.S. from Boston College in finance and marketing and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. She holds an NASD Series 7 license.
